Ms Angelika Kapinos 

As a passionate physiotherapist, I specialize in general physiotherapy, with a particular focus on back and cervical rehabilitation. Currently studying osteopathy, I integrate a variety of manual therapy techniques into my practice, enabling me to offer tailored and effective care.

I work both in the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders and in the management of patients after injury or surgery. My aim is to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain and improve their quality of life through individualized care tailored to their needs.

I also specialize in urogynecological physiotherapy, and am dedicated to supporting women during pregnancy, ensuring their comfort and well-being. In addition, I offer targeted treatments for rehabilitation after injury, focusing on functional recovery and the prevention of chronic pain.

I also work with post-partum women, offering support in perineal re-education, the management of diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscles, and the return to balance and well-being after pregnancy.

My approach is patient-centered, and I strive to create personalized treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each individual.
