Physiotherapy, movement and nutrition

Trained in manual therapy, pain neuroscience, motivational interviewing, running injury management and prevention(expert in the runner's clinic). I'm continuing my training in sports physiotherapy and plan to move on to a university degree in physiotherapy engineering and pedagogy.

Whether it's shoulder pain, lower back pain, neck pain, rheumatism or any other ailment, whether sports-related or not, I'd be delighted to welcome you to my practice to help you recover.

Treatment can sometimes start with passive care, to get to the heart of the problem, and then move on to active care, with the patient making the necessary investment in his or her rehabilitation over the short, medium and long term.

I advocate a greater understanding of oneself, one's personalstrengths and limitations, in order to build step by step the rigor necessary to surpass oneself and reach one's goals in complete serenity.

Trained in sports nutrition, I integrate into my professional practice the dietary and nutritional advice needed to set up a program for endurance athletes, or the advice needed to work together for effective and lasting weight loss.
