I graduated from the University of Liège in 2022, and was able to start my professional activity in Fribourg in 2022 with a very good background, based on __general__ physiotherapy such as __respiratory__, __orthopedic, neurological and traumatological__ physiotherapy __.__ At Espace Voltaire, I offer personalized care, tailored to your needs and pace. Whether it's for rehabilitation after __injury__, __muscular__ or __jointpain__ , respiratory, neurological or __postural__ disorders, or after surgery, I'll put a variety of techniques at your disposal: __manual therapy, strengthening exercises, stretching and personalized advice__ adapted to patients of all ages. Trained as a sports physio in 2024, I am highly adaptable to __sports__ patients. As I've been passionate about sport since I was a child, I've been able to integrate my knowledge into my rehabilitations, to make them as effective as possible. I have practiced judo (4 years), basketball (4 years), swimming (15 years), table tennis, badminton, tennis, fitness (6 years) and cross fit (2 years). This allows me to be at ease with the sporting gesture. I also work with taping and scraping. I use a new and innovative treatment method, approved by numerous scientific studies, based on blood flow restriction. This method is made possible by the use of a __BFR__ (blood flow restriction), which is perfectly suited to various pathologies of the lower limb, such as __femoropatellar syndromes__ (patellar chondropathy), __ACL or PCL rupture__, knee __ligament sprains__, __meniscus__ pathologies, and can even be used after certain knee operations. Today, working with Servette Rugby Club, I have integrated various skills in sports physiotherapy, orthopedics and traumatology. I have also developed my knowledge of field care, validated by the __ICIR__ (Immediate Care in rugby) training course in March 2026. I'm continuing my training to offer you the best possible treatment, for example by starting to specialize in the rehabilitation of __running__ patients and __dry needling__ in 2026.
