Ms Adélaide Neri 

Adelaide Neri is a passionate physical therapist who is dedicated, committed, and deeply empathetic toward her patients. Her goal is to guide individuals on their journey toward optimal health and well-being, emphasizing care, attentive listening, and the ability to quickly resolve issues.

Her professional background demonstrates expertise in the field of sports physical therapy. From September 2022 to April 2023, as a physical therapist at Sport Training in Murcia, she worked as a freelancer, offering personal and group training sessions. She specialized in movement rehabilitation for patients with trauma and neurological injuries, collaborating with basketball coach Manolo Hussein and using the A.T.R. training methodology.

Previously, from June 2021 to September 2022, she worked as a sports physical therapist at Soriano Training in Murcia under an apprenticeship contract. She provided personalized and tailored training programs for trauma, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions, while educating her patients on movement and health.

Adelaide also broadened her professional experience by working as a server at the Via Torino restaurant in Murcia from September 2018 to May 2019, and as a cocktail specialist at Pura Vida in Murcia from September 2019 to March 2020. She has demonstrated her effectiveness in managing orders, greeting customers, and preparing drinks.

Academically, she earned her degree in physical therapy from the Universidad Católica San Antonio in Murcia in 2021.

Adelaide is multilingual, fluent in Italian (her native language), Spanish (bilingual after living in Spain for 6 years), and French (intermediate level; currently preparing to take the DELF B2 exam), and has a basic knowledge of English.

In addition to her career, Adelaide has a passion for sports, having competed in rhythmic gymnastics for 12 years. She enjoys indoor rock climbing, yoga, surfing, skiing, and hiking, and shares a love for travel, discovering new cultures, and learning foreign languages. She currently holds a certificate in high-performance coaching and is pursuing a master’s degree in sports nutrition from the International School of Dietetics, Nutrition, and Health, in collaboration with the Ineka Group, for the 2022–2023 academic year.
