Mr Giovanni Campo 

Giovanni Campo is a passionate professional dedicated to promoting conscious and autonomous movement through his project, MovementCulture@. With the goal of raising awareness about the importance of exercise, he shares his life’s work dedicated to this cause.

His diverse professional background attests to his commitment to movement and well-being. Between June 2022 and April 2023, he worked as a personal trainer at SPORT TRAINING in Murcia, where he not only provided rehabilitation for musculoskeletal conditions but also led functional training classes for small groups. He has incorporated innovative methods such as Animal Flow and Fighting Monkey into his classes, while training in the A.T.R. method under the supervision of Manolo Hussein, an elite basketball coach.

Previously, from January 2022 to June 2022, Giovanni worked as a personal trainer and functional training instructor at VISALTRAIN MURCIA. He implemented methods such as "Paleo Training," Animal Flow, and Fighting Monkey. From July to December 2021, he was a Pilates instructor at CLÍNICA FISIOTERAPIA PEÑARRUBIA, demonstrating his expertise in the rehabilitation of trauma patients and the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

His academic experience includes internships in the rehabilitation of trauma patients at CLÍNICA NUEVO PALMAR, the treatment of elite athletes at CLÍNICA MARTÍNEZ & BARRIOS, and the rehabilitation of geriatric patients through gerontogymnastics at CLÍNICA FISIOMUR, among others.

Beyond his professional commitment, Giovanni shares his knowledge through his YouTube channel and stands out for his diverse academic practice. A polyglot, he is fluent in Italian (native), English (advanced), Spanish (advanced), and French (intermediate).

Giovanni highlights his strengths, particularly his energy and his desire to learn. He devotes most of his time to studying the human body, putting his knowledge into practice to meaningfully integrate it into his approach to movement and health. As an Italian, his nationality reflects his attachment to his roots.
