Specialized musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Expertise in shoulder - TMJ - complex musculoskeletal pathologies

A qualified physiotherapist since 2020 from the Haute École de Santé de Loèche-les-Bains, I work at the Actifisio center with advanced expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and more specifically in the management of shoulder andtemporomandibular joint (TMJ)pathologies.

Since graduating, I have developed my skills through several specialized training courses, notably at the Swiss Shoulder Clinic, where I trained in advanced clinical diagnosis, functional assessment and specific shoulder rehabilitation. I also studied in depth the management of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS), a complex pathology requiring detailed clinical analysis and a structured approach.

Management is based on a precise, individualized assessment, integrating biomechanical and functional analysis and the constraints specific to each patient. The aim is to restore function, reduce pain and improve quality of life, while taking into account the professional, sporting or everyday context.

Therapeutic education is at the heart of my clinical approach. It enables patients to understand their pathology, to become involved in their rehabilitation and to optimize the durability of results. Treatment combines specialized manual techniques, targeted therapeutic exercises and progressive, structured follow-up.

With a passion for transmitting knowledge, I have completed a CAS as a practitioner-trainer, enabling me to integrate a rigorous approach based on current clinical recommendations and the continuous updating of practices, in line with the values and quality requirements of the Actifisio center.

  • Shoulder pathologies (pain, instability, conflict, tendinopathy, post-surgery)
  • Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders
