Presentation of the healthcare professional

General physiotherapy - Musculoskeletal physiotherapy - Sports physiotherapy

Functional rehabilitation, prevention and return to sport

I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2022 and specialize in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and the treatment of sports patients. I mainly support active people and amateur or experienced athletes in rehabilitation after injury, with the aim of a safe, gradual and lasting return to sport.

My practice is based on an individualized clinical assessment, integrating analysis of movement, mechanical constraints and load factors specific to each patient. Therapeutic education plays a central role in the treatment process: understanding the pathology, identifying risk factors and taking preventive action are essential to limit recurrence and promote patient autonomy.

I adapt each treatment to the patient's specific needs and personal objectives. Therapy aims to relieve pain and improve muscle and joint function through active therapeutic exercises, complemented where necessary by manual techniques. Mobility, stability, strengthening and motor control are at the heart of rehabilitation.

In sports physiotherapy, support is specifically oriented towards :

  • rehabilitation after sports injury,
  • gradual resumption of training,
  • reathletization,
  • injury prevention,
  • optimizing movement and functional performance.
