Functional rehabilitation, reathletization and recurrence prevention

I graduated in 2023 as a physiotherapist with a Master's degree in sports science, specializing in training and performance. I work at the Actifisio center, specializing in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, with a particular interest in sports physiotherapy.

I work with active patients, both amateur and experienced athletes, as well as people wishing to regain their full capacity for movement, whether in a sporting or professional context. The aim is to restore function, reduce pain and enable a return to activity in optimal, sustainable conditions.

My treatment is based on an individualized clinical assessment, incorporating analysis of the patient's movement, physical capabilities and specific constraints. The treatment aims to help you regain your ability to move in order to achieve your personal goals, while making you a player in your rehabilitation thanks to a strong therapeutic education dimension.

With 6 years' experience in coaching and physical preparation, I integrate the principles of training and performance into the rehabilitation process. This dual expertise enables me to optimize reathletization, motivate the patient and ensure a safe return to sporting or professional activity, while reducing the risk of recurrence.

The treatment combines active therapeutic exercises, targeted strengthening, mobility, stability and functional endurance, supplemented if necessary by manual techniques, in a progressive approach tailored to the needs of each patient.

Reimbursement and rates

Physiotherapy sessions with a medical prescription are covered by the LAMal and LAAA health insurance schemes, in accordance with the legal conditions in force in Switzerland.

Physiotherapy consultations without a medical prescription, as well as prevention, sports follow-up, advanced reathletization or performance optimization services, are not reimbursed.

Non-reimbursed sessions are billed at between CHF 70 and 150, depending on the duration of the consultation and the nature of the intervention.
