Musculoskeletal physiotherapy - Cardiorespiratory rehabilitation - Sports physiotherapy

Functional rehabilitation, personalized support and return to activity

A qualified physiotherapist since 2015 and active in Switzerland since 2018, I practice at the Actifisio center in Fribourg with a patient-centered approach and personalized support throughout the rehabilitation process.

Passionate about sport and movement, I am particularly committed to musculoskeletal physiotherapy, supporting my patients in regaining mobility, strength and confidence in their functional abilities, whether in the context of daily life, work or sport.

I also place particular emphasis on cardio-respiratory rehabilitation, offering progressive, safe support tailored to each patient's individual level. The aim is to improve exercise capacity, functional endurance and quality of daily life.

Specialized in Dry Needling, this technique is an integral part of my treatment of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, complementing an active approach based on targeted therapeutic exercises.

Trained at La Clinique du Coureur, I offer specific care for running athletes, integrating movement analysis, load management, rehabilitation and support for a gradual return to training and competition, with a particular focus on preventing recurrences.

Care is based on individualized clinical assessment, therapeutic education and adapted progression, in line with the values and quality standards of the Actifisio center.
