Ana Rita Lopes is a physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates instructor. She works at the Physio Mob center, where she assists patients with functional rehabilitation and mobility enhancement.

Physiotherapy aims to prevent, assess and treat musculoskeletal, joint and postural disorders. In particular, it is involved in the management of chronic or acute pain, rehabilitation after injury or surgery, and the maintenance of functional capacities on a day-to-day basis.
