Ms Anne Gaucher

Anne Gaucher is a qualified physiotherapist, practicing since 2009. She offers in-office and at-home sessions, with a holistic approach focusing on mobility, pain management and functional well-being.

Physiotherapy is a health discipline designed to prevent, assess and treat movement disorders and functional limitations. It relies on manual techniques, therapeutic exercises and specific approaches adapted to each patient.

Anne Gaucher's practice includes manual therapy, the McKenzie method, neurodynamics and pelvi-perineological re-education for women, men and children. She also offers complementary treatments such as classical and connective tissue massages, foot and palm reflexology, and Leduc lymphatic drainage.

She is also an APPI Pilates instructor and practices dry needling and trigger point treatment.
