Ms Marilyn Parras 

Marilyn graduated as a physiotherapist from the Haute Ecole de Santé de Genève in 2021. She is currently training in sports physiotherapy. She is co-founder of the Instant Physio center with Diana Sousa, associate physiotherapist.

Focused on supporting active people, Marilyn offers treatments tailored to the specific needs and objectives of each patient, whether they concern daily life or sports practice. She enjoys endurance sports (trail running, running), snow sports (downhill skiing, ski touring, skating), water sports (swimming, kitesurfing) and racket sports (tennis, badminton).

She is trained in Dry Needling and in the treatment of foot pathologies. She is currently training in sports physiotherapy.

Marilyn develops individualized treatments based on detailed functional assessments. Her approach focuses on therapeutic education and active therapy, enabling each patient to become autonomous in their care, prevent injury and achieve their goals while optimizing recovery.
