Diana Sousa, physiotherapist HES-SO Geneva, offers personalized support in the office or at home.

She co-founded the Instant Physio center with associate physiotherapist Marilyn Parras.

She supports patients in their day-to-day lives, helping them to manage chronic pain, pre- and post-operative periods, and overall musculoskeletal disorders - from simple sprains to post-surgical rehabilitation.

Her approach combines therapeutic exercises, manual therapy and specific techniques such as dry needling or cupping to meet individual needs.
