Ms Lindsay Rubino

Lindsay Rubino is a physiotherapist of Belgian-Swiss nationality. After graduating in 2010, she moved to Switzerland to practice in a structured care environment focused on prevention and functional support.

Physiotherapy is a healthcare discipline dedicated to the prevention, assessment and treatment of movement disorders and musculoskeletal pain. It is particularly involved in rehabilitation, functional recovery and improving quality of life. In 2013, Lindsay Rubino specialized in perineal rehabilitation, a field of physiotherapy that treats pelvic floor disorders such as pelvic pain, incontinence, or the physical consequences of pregnancy and the post-partum period.

It mainly assists women at different stages of their lives: pregnancy, post-partum or perineal follow-up outside the maternity ward. Treatments include perineal re-education, abdominal girdle reinforcement, prevention and treatment of maternity-related pain, and maintaining a suitable level of physical activity.

In addition to individual consultations, Lindsay Rubino offers small group classes in Collombey, focusing on movement, fitness and well-being during pregnancy and after childbirth. She also works as an independent physiotherapist in a shared practice in Aigle.
