I graduated as a physical therapist in 2013 and specialize in treating musculoskeletal disorders.

Trained in orthopedic manual therapy (OMT Level 2—upper and lower quadrants), as well as in the areas of the shoulder and the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), I pay particular attention to shoulder conditions, an area in which I have completed several additional training courses.

My goal is to precisely understand the source of your pain and its impact on your daily life in order to provide tailored and consistent care. Each treatment plan is personalized and adapts based on your progress.

Sessions combine manual therapy, targeted therapeutic exercises, and practical advice, using a progressive approach aimed at achieving lasting improvement in function and pain relief. The goal of treatment is to enable you to function in the future without limitations in terms of pain or mobility.

I offer consultations at my office as well as at your home if your prescription specifies this.
