Through my therapeutic experience in "Spiral Dynamics", I have come to realize that The quality of movement in everyday life - in addition to the amount of movement and a sporty lifestyle - is a key to health and often determines the health or illness of the musculoskeletal system. With comprehensive expertise and personal commitment, I would like to work with you to develop goal-oriented and everyday therapies to sustainably strengthen your self-efficacy with regard to a healthy movement system. And on a personal note: I am a movement person, my passions are trail running, mountain biking and relaxation meditation.
