The joy of movement is the expression of life energy, which we can experience every day in our own way. It is up to us to take up the quest regularly in order to learn new things about ourselves and our own bodies. For me, Spiral Dynamics is an exciting way to look at our habits more consciously and to promote the body's natural way of moving.

After studying psychology, I discovered the fascination of bodywork with the central aspect of holistic treatment. My aim is to get to the causes of your complaints in a joint therapy process and to have a lasting effect on them. We also find out how you can integrate the knowledge you have gained into your everyday life with pleasure.
