## Jakob Wagner Physiotherapist
*"The body is constantly able to lose its center and still remain in balance"*
In my work, it is important to me to achieve the most accurate perception of my counterpart. In addition to a precise medical history, I use my intuition, a precise and well-founded examination and, last but not least, a comparison with my client's self-perception.
The human body, like man himself, is a master of adaptation and problem solving, with the aim of remaining in balance. These "problem-solving strategies" often lead to one-sidedness in our movements and posture, to which we become accustomed and which we often no longer even notice.
Training this perception is an important tool for developing new skills in order to change our physical alignment towards a new balance.
Body alignment is never perfect, but there are ways to achieve a natural balance in which we feel healthy and light. I would like to accompany you on this journey.
Spiral dynamics is a good tool for this.
Personally, I enjoy being out in nature; I like climbing and in winter I go snowboarding and ski touring. I find a good balance in yoga.
