Our common therapy goal is for you to feel at home in your body again. To achieve this, it is necessary to be mindful, recognize your own movement patterns and be able to change them. By making small changes to your movement behavior, you can achieve great results, not only physically, but also on a mental and emotional level. As a therapist and a person with an affinity for movement, it gives me great pleasure to accompany patients on this path to a better quality of movement. As a person with an affinity for movement, I know that the joy of movement is linked to a zest for life.
