### Presentation of the healthcare professional
__Alexandra Kellner is a physical therapist at the Spiraldynamik Med Center in Basel.__ In her therapeutic work, she helps patients become more aware of their own bodies, recognize movement patterns, and modify them in a targeted manner.
Physical therapy is used to treat, rehabilitate, and prevent musculoskeletal disorders. Depending on individual needs, it promotes mobility, strength, coordination, body awareness, and functional movement patterns, among other things. Alexandra Kellner places particular emphasis on mindful and active collaboration.

The shared goal of therapy is for patients to feel at home in their own bodies again. Even small changes in movement patterns can have an impact on physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Alexandra Kellner supports her patients in developing new movement strategies and integrating them into their daily lives.
A key focus of her work is Spiraldynamik. This anatomically based movement concept helps patients better understand natural movement patterns, identify improper loading, and specifically improve the quality of their movement. In addition to her work as a physical therapist, Alexandra Kellner gives informational presentations and is involved in establishing a Spiraldynamik network in Basel.
Since 2010, she has worked as a physical therapist at various hospitals in Salzburg, including those specializing in intensive care. Since 2011, she has been a member of the IMSB Austria Medical Pool and has led various group therapy sessions, including spinal exercises. She gained further professional experience during an internship in Cape Town as well as in private physical therapy practices in Salzburg.
