[__Lisa Runge__](https://www.wellsanabasel.ch/lisa-runge/) has been practicing the profession of physiotherapist, which she is passionate about, for over 16 years.
*Lisa Runge is a self-employed physiotherapist in the premises of the beautiful Wellsana physiotherapy practice and bills the health insurance companies herself.*
Continuous further training, especially in the field of sports manual and [lymphatic drainage therapy](https://www.wellsanabasel.ch/manuelle-lymphdrainage/), are important components of her therapy.
Thanks to her Master of Science degree in physiotherapy, she can combine evidence-based practices with her practical professional experience even better. In the end, however, everyone is different and individualized care is the key to success.
Lisa herself enjoys sports such as tennis, cross fit and winter sports. For this reason, and of course because of her profession, she knows how important a well-balanced exercise routine is. Due to her many years of experience in competitive sports in the area of middle distance in her youth, she is aware that it is not always easy to keep going until the finish line.
Lisa always wants to motivate her patients on their path to recovery and help them achieve their personal goals.
