DROPA Rosenberg Drugstore and Pharmacy in Winterthur

DROPA Rosenberg Drugstore and Pharmacy is located in the Rosenberg Shopping Center at Schaffhauserstrasse 152 in 8400 Winterthur. This combined pharmacy and drugstore provides patients with prescription and over-the-counter medications. It also offers advice on safe medication use, preventive health care, complementary medicine, personal care, and beauty.

The range of counseling services includes, among other things, advice on travel, nutrition, generic drugs, incontinence, essential nutrients, pregnancy, and infant care. The team is also available to answer questions about the morning-after pill, smoking cessation, as well as spagyric medicine, Schüssler salts, Ceres products, and micronutrients. Wound care and the fitting of compression stockings round out the services offered.

On-site vaccination counseling and vaccinations against the flu, TBE, COVID-19, hepatitis A and B, herpes zoster, poliomyelitis, and diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis are offered. Checkups and tests include blood pressure, blood sugar, and long-term blood sugar measurements, allergy and cardiovascular screenings, cholesterol profiles, urinalysis, and otoscopies. The pharmacy also compounds medications according to doctors’ prescriptions and offers medication adherence monitoring.

A separate consultation room is available for confidential discussions. Parking is available on site, and a home delivery service is offered within the service area. Breast pumps, head and vein pillows, and carpet cleaners are available for rent. The product range also includes natural remedies, tea blends, health and personal care products, and various cosmetic brands. The pharmacy is managed by Dr. Manfred Kammermeier, a pharmacist, and Eva Summa, a certified pharmacist (HF).
