Dr. Jonathan Illan Montero

Dr Jonathan Illan Montero is a pediatrician and nutrition specialist. Pediatrics is the medical specialty dedicated to the health of children, from birth to adolescence. It covers prevention, developmental follow-up, vaccinations, as well as the management of acute and chronic conditions.

He graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2016 and trained in renowned hospitals in France, Belgium, Mayotte, and La Réunion. He also completed two university diplomas in child and adolescent nutrition, as well as pediatric gastroenterology and hepatology. His training allowed him to gain expertise in rare pediatric digestive diseases and in the management of neonatal and pediatric emergencies.

After serving as chief resident at the pediatric department of CHUV, he joined the Montreux Pediatric Medical Center in 2023 to ensure long-term follow-up of children. Starting in September 2025, he will be part of the Médecins du Léman team in Noville.

Dr Illan Montero provides preventive and medical follow-up for children from birth to 16 years old: vaccinations, growth monitoring, acute illnesses (fever, injuries, cough, rashes, etc.) and coordinates care for children requiring specialized follow-up. He consults in French, Spanish, and English. Consultations are covered by LAMal.
