I support you with a personalized, holistic approach: Each treatment is developed through direct dialogue with your body, tailored to your current situation and your personal goals. I combine gentle functional techniques with targeted structural methods to relieve pain and improve your mobility. My range of treatments extends from back and headaches to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues and sleep problems, as well as support for stress-related symptoms. I discovered osteopathy through Thai massage, which sparked my passion for healing touch. In my practice, I prioritize a relaxed atmosphere, because expertise can go hand in hand with humor. In addition, I am a complementary therapist with a Swiss federal diploma in craniosacral therapy, which I consider an important component of modern osteopathy. As an osteopath with a Master of Science in Osteopathic Sciences, I am registered in the ErfahrungsMedizinisches Register (EMR) under the accreditation “Osteopathy / Etiopathy” (EMR No. 141).
