My name is Milena Hug, and I’m an osteopath with a Master of Science in Osteopathy. What I enjoy most is tailoring my approach specifically to you. Usually, the first step is to work together to identify the causes of your symptoms, as many factors can play a role—from accidents and physical strain to pre-existing conditions and lifestyle.

I treat patients with my hands: various mobilization techniques release tension and alleviate the resulting restricted movement and pain. It’s just as important to me that you find your own strategies to strengthen your health in the long term—often, these are just small adjustments to your daily routine. Having grown up in the Upper Engadine, my love of movement and fascination with the human body led me to this profession.

I am registered in the ErfahrungsMedizinisches Register (EMR) under the accreditation “Osteopath with an MSc FH in Osteopathy / GDK Diploma” (EMR No. 223). Osteopathy is covered by most supplemental insurance plans for alternative and complementary medicine. It’s best to check with your health insurance provider in advance to confirm coverage.
