### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Having started my studies in psychology at the University of Lausanne, I chose to investigate the links between body and mind for my undergraduate thesis. The readings on the subject were so fascinating that they led me to focus my interest on the body. I then undertook training in psycho-corporal techniques, where bodily symptoms are primarily seen as indicators of unexplored potential.
Seeking deeper knowledge in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and pathology—as well as optimal efficiency in treatment techniques—osteopathy won me over. I completed my studies at the Swiss School of Osteopathy in Belmont-sur-Lausanne in 2006.
I never cease to be amazed by osteopathy. Its vast scope of application and the many different approaches continue to reveal themselves through my daily practice and through various advanced training courses.
I adapt my practice to each individual’s needs and preferences. I often use gentle techniques, occasionally applying more force or performing joint manipulations when appropriate—always in agreement with the person and in respect of their pace.
Everyone is welcome, from newborns to seniors, from all walks of life. I’m always curious and delighted to discover who comes to see me.
I cultivate a special interest in the “language of the body,” enjoying the idea that the symptoms patients consult for are not there by chance. They often carry information that, when listened to, can help a person move closer to what is truly essential in their life.
The body helps us stay true to ourselves, to recognize what affects us, what calls us, what really matters.
Alongside my osteopathic practice, I love tending my garden and caring for my bees, feasting on what are often called “weeds,” dancing, yodeling. I appreciate imperfections that reveal the beauty of being, deep conversations, bursts of laughter, glimpses of wild herbs in a city, the joy of life and curiosity of children...
