What is osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a manual therapeutic approach focused on the diagnosis and treatment of functional disorders of the human body. It is based on the idea that the body has a capacity for self-regulation and that musculoskeletal, visceral or cranial disorders can disrupt this harmony.

Principles of osteopathy :

Unity of the body: The body is considered as a whole. The various structures (bones, muscles, organs, etc.) are interconnected.

Structure-function relationship: A disturbance in the structure (joints, muscles, tissues) can influence the function of the organs and vice versa.

Self-healing: The body has an innate ability to repair itself, and osteopathy aims to facilitate this process.
