Valérie Gay-Crosier, an RME-accredited osteopath, welcomes you to St-Maurice and Sion for consultations adapted to all stages of life: infants, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly and pregnant women.

Osteopathy is a manual therapeutic approach that aims to identify and treat mobility restrictions in the body. It acts on musculoskeletal, visceral and cranial structures to promote the body's overall balance.

Valérie Gay-Crosier offers treatments for a variety of reasons:

• Head disorders (headaches, sinusitis)
• Limb pain (sprains, tendonitis, osteoarthritis, muscle aches)
• Back pain (lumbago, sciatica, shoulder blade tension)
• Visceral disorders (stomach aches, diarrhea, constipation, bloating)

Particular attention is paid to prevention, especially during growth or after trauma (accidents, falls, micro-trauma), to limit the onset of functional disorders.

Emergency consultations are available on Saturdays and Sundays.
