My approach

As an osteopath, I'm passionate about understanding what lies behind symptoms. I like to take the time to look at the whole person, the body of course, but also everything in the mind and everyday life that can influence physical balance. In an increasingly stressful world, I firmly believe that caring for people also means helping them to release this underlying tension.

Before becoming an osteopath, I competed in road cycling in England. Today, I combine this sporting experience with my practice to help active people and athletes move better, correct small biomechanical imbalances and gain in comfort and performance.

In addition to my osteopathic training, I am also qualified in functional medicine, which enables me to take an even more holistic approach, taking into account the interactions between the body's systems, diet, stress and lifestyle.

I use different approaches - structural, visceral, cranial - and I also work in maternity and paediatrics.

As Andrew Taylor Still said: "Movement is life". This idea guides my practice every day: restoring the body's mobility often means restoring its freedom and health.

I am accredited by ASCA, AXA and RME, which means that my services are reimbursed by most complementary insurance companies, with the exception of VISANA.
