### Presentation of the healthcare professional
As an osteopath and sports coach specializing in endurance sports, I work with children, adults, athletes and pregnant/post-partum women in a holistic approach to movement and health.
Passionate about endurance sports in nature - trail running, running, ski-mountaineering - I offer support for both health and performance.
## __Osteopathy__
Osteopathy is a manual medicine that aims to restore mobility and balance to the body as a whole. Using a variety of techniques, it identifies and treats restrictions of movement that are at the root of pain and functional disorders.
- Average length: 45min (CHF 126)
- Reimbursed by complementary insurance (RME & Visana)
- Appointments are reserved for emergencies. If you can't find an appointment as soon as possible, please contact me directly by phone, message, What's app or e-mail.
## __Sports coaching__
__Individual strengthening session - 1h : 80 CHF__
Personalized muscle strengthening and physical preparation session, adapted to your current needs and objectives.
__Remote follow-up with initial face-to-face or video interview: 130 CHF / month__
Personalized program with planning, regular follow-up and unlimited exchanges via WhatsApp/call.
- Possibility of face-to-face reinforcement sessions at 60 CHF / hour (from 1 session/month)
__Physical assessment - 1h : 120 CHF__
Targeted assessment according to your objectives:
→ either testing of training zones and thresholds on treadmill or bike
→ or joint and fitness assessment (mobility, strength, coordination)
__Physical assessment - 2h : 180 CHF__
Comprehensive assessment covering endurance, training thresholds, mobility, strength, coordination and overall fitness.
__Please note: Sports coaching is not covered by insurance.__

Payment by cash, TWINT or invoice.
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

Office located on the 1st floor (no elevator).
