Graduating in 2019 in France, I have enriched my career with several years of private practice, as well as hospital internships. I am currently working towards professional equivalence in Switzerland with the Swiss Red Cross and the Haute Ecole de Santé de Fribourg. These experiences have enabled me to refine my practice and acquire in-depth knowledge of a wide range of pathologies, while building a relationship of trust with my patients.

My approach, based on listening and empathy, aims to provide a reassuring and personalized therapeutic framework. I tailor each treatment to the individual's specific situation, using a variety of manual techniques to act on the spine, muscles, organs or skull.

These include gentle spinal techniques, effective in alleviating lower back pain, sciatica or torticollis. I also use muscle-relaxation methods to reduce tension and inflammation, restoring optimal mobility.

In addition, the visceral techniques I use aim to improve the mobility and function of internal organs, and can help with reflux, bloating, painful periods or constipation.

Finally, cranial osteopathy seeks to rebalance the structures of the skull and nervous system, and can provide significant relief for migraines, tinnitus and bruxism.

By combining these methods in a holistic approach, I aim to offer lasting relief, always placing the patient at the heart of my practice.
