Osteopathy is a manual therapy designed to reduce and/or prevent pain and restore the body's proper functioning. It has a wide field of application:
\- __Musculoskeletal pain__ : lumbago, neck pain, back pain, etc.
\- __Neurological disorders__: sciatica, neuralgia, headaches, etc.
\- __Neurovegetative system dysfunctions__: sleep disorders, anxiety, chronic fatigue, resulting from an imbalance in the autonomic nervous system.
\- __Digestive disorders__: bloating, gastro-oesophageal reflux, constipation, etc.
\- __ENT disorders__: chronic sinusitis, otitis, tinnitus, etc.
\- __Jaw disorders__: bruxism, clenching, clicking, etc.
\- __Trauma after-effects__ : falls, accidents, sprains, surgery, etc.
Paul Grondin treats all types of patient, from newborns to the elderly, from athletes to pregnant women.
He is affiliated to the RME and is reimbursed by all complementary insurances.
The cost of a consultation is CHF 140 per 45-minute session, payable on site via twint or in cash.
__Training__:
\- Graduated in osteopathy from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2018 and from Osteobio in 2019.
\- Diploma in physiotherapy from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2020
\- Training in the management of jaw disorders
\- Training in pediatric osteopathy
\- Training in acute spinal pain
\- Assistant lecturer at the Haute École de Santé de Fribourg (HEdS) since 2024
He also specializes in professional sports, drawing on his club experience in badminton and soccer as well as his experience in monitoring professional athletes, notably in the Vevey basketball team in League B, the Swiss athletics hopefuls, the Monthey figure skating club and Crossfit Riviera.
