Osteopathy is a manual therapeutic practice that aims to diagnose and treat functional disorders of the human body.

The main aim is to restore balance to the body by improving tissue mobility and encouraging natural self-regulation.

Osteopathic consultations generally concern musculoskeletal pain (back, neck, joints), digestive problems, headaches or stress-related imbalances. 

It is suitable for all ages: infants, children, adults, athletes and senior citizens.

I've always had a passion for the human body, so it was natural that I should turn to studying osteopathy after a first degree in Sports Science. My aim is to look at the whole person, taking into account all areas of life, and to find personalised solutions for each individual. I place great value on listening and sharing.

In my spare time, I teach Pilates, explore nature, travel and practise a variety of sports.
