Eager to travel, she practiced in different regions of France, then in French Guiana, New Caledonia and finally in Vietnam, at the International Medical Center in Ho Chi Minh City, where she stayed for 6 years. She had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, treating both expatriates and locals, in private clinics, public hospitals, associations and orphanages. Over the years, Ophélia has continued to train to refine her patient care. She took a university diploma in the treatment of sportsmen and women, and spent several years coaching rugby and soccer teams. She has worked extensively with marathon, trail, tennis, motorcycle and kart racing athletes - both during competitions and in preparation for them. For many years, she has been practicing yoga herself, which she sometimes incorporates into her practice. She has also attended several training courses on the care of pregnant women/newborns/postpartum women, and has worked in partnership with midwives, pediatricians and lactation specialists. Since then, she has accompanied and advised numerous families. Finally, she has a particular inclination for the neurosciences, which she has trained in, and patiently guides her patients towards lasting remission of their chronic pain using the bio psycho social model. Ophélia practices a variety of osteopathic techniques - structural, functional, tissue, visceral and craniosacral - to adapt to each patient's particular needs.
