I am an osteopath who graduated in France in 2012 and am accredited by RME, ASCA, and EGK. I practice at my office in Bulle (11 Rue de la Promenade). After earning my degree in France in 2012, I have been helping my patients manage pain, tension, and functional disorders for over 14 years—always seeking the root cause of the problem rather than focusing solely on the symptoms. What drew me to osteopathy was a fascination with the body’s ability to adapt and rebalance itself, without any external intervention. It is this capacity for self-regulation that interests me: getting back to basics to support this natural process, rather than imposing a ready-made solution. Each patient is a unique journey, as we work together to discover what will help them regain their balance. My practice is based on direct tissue work: a technique that is both gentle and powerful, working at a deep level, which addresses physical tension as well as the breathing patterns and emotional factors that may be involved. This holistic approach allows for more complete relaxation and longer-lasting effects. This interpretation of the body is also informed by my training in breathwork and yoga, which enriches my approach to breathing and relaxation. It is a demanding practice, but that is precisely what allows me to address a wide variety of concerns—from acute pain to long-standing chronic conditions, including those for which other approaches have fallen short. During the initial consultation, I take the time to assess areas of tension and restrictions in mobility to understand your physical history before tailoring the treatment plan to your specific situation.
