I had the opportunity to work in various practices before joining Charline Sanchez in Bex in the summer of 2023. I value a person-centred approach, adapted to the needs of the moment, based on active listening techniques. My manual therapy tools are visceral osteopathy (involving the organs), cranial osteopathy and structural joint techniques. I also use trigger points, as well as exercises and advice to incorporate into daily life. I'm passionate about my work and have taken a large number of ongoing training courses. In 2023, I completed and validated the 1st module of the CAS in ‘Osteopathy and pregnancy’.
