Fabienne Reinl, __an osteopath who graduated from the HES-SO in Fribourg__, welcomes you to the __Osteoperformance__ practice, located in the heart of Bern, near the main train station.
She is __recognized by all supplemental insurance providers__.
Osteopathy is a manual therapeutic approach aimed at improving the body’s mobility and relieving muscle and joint pain and tension. In particular, it can help manage back pain, neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, joint pain, and musculoskeletal disorders.
## How do I get to the practice?
The __Osteoperformance__ practice is located within __Praxis@21, on the 4th floor, at Aarbergergasse 21, 3011 Bern__. It is easily accessible by public transportation, car, bike, or on foot.
- __By train__: Bern’s main train station is just a 3-minute walk from the practice.
- __By public transit__: trams 6, 7, 8, and 9 or buses 10, 12, 19, and 30, get off at the Bärenplatz stop.
- __By car__: The Metro parking garage is a 2-minute walk away.
- __By bike__: Several bike parking spots are available nearby.
## Access to the office
When you arrive, press the __“Praxis@21”__ button on the intercom. The building’s main door will open automatically after a few seconds.
Then go to the __4th floor__ to reach the Osteoperformance office.
