What is osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a manual therapy. It can be applied to both acute and chronic pain. Osteopathy follows a person-centred approach, treating the whole person. It applies to people of all ages (baby/child/adult) and physical states. Osteopathy can also be recommended during pregnancy.
The most common reasons for consultation are as follows:
- back pain
- muscle and joint pain
- headaches
- torticollis
- lumbago
- dizziness
- stomach aches and transit disorders
- chronic pain
As an osteopath, I'm committed to providing you with osteopathic care that listens and cares, with an approach tailored to your needs.
