### Presentation of the healthcare professional
Dr. Caterina Schweier has been working in Dr. Stemmle's practice since 2022. After studying medicine in Munich, Dr. Caterina Schweier completed her specialist training at the University Eye Clinics in Heidelberg and Zurich. She then worked as a senior consultant in surgical training with a focus on cataract and eyelid surgery as well as the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma diseases at the eye clinics in Winterthur and Chemnitz. In 2017, she successfully completed the Swiss specialty examination in ophthalmic surgery. From 2017-2022, Dr. Schweier worked at the Heuberger Eye Clinic in Olten with a focus on anterior segment surgery.
