Born in Basel and raised in Riehen, my years of training in internal medicine, geriatrics and pediatrics form an important basis for my medical work. I was able to pursue my ophthalmological training at the renowned eye clinic at Lucerne Cantonal Hospital and then return to my home town of Basel to complete my further training at the Eye Hospital in Basel and the Eye Center at Basel Railway Station and obtain my specialist title in ophthalmology.
