Dr. Daniel Roquelaure 

Dr Daniel Roquelaure, ophthalmologist, provides medical and surgical management of eye and vision disorders. Ophthalmology evaluates, diagnoses and treats visual disorders and diseases of the anterior and posterior segments of the eye, including damage to the cornea, retina, optic nerve and eyelids.

It offers a comprehensive eye assessment, including optical prescription and screening for ocular pathologies. His work includes surgery of the anterior segment, with treatment of cataracts and palpebral pathologies. It diagnoses and treats glaucoma, corneal diseases and retinal disorders, as well as disorders of the tear ducts.

Ophthalmological care for children aged 3 and over is also part of his activity, as is the evaluation of neuro-ophthalmological disorders.

He has worked in hospitals in Switzerland and France, notably at the Hôpital Ophtalmique Jules Gonin and the Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève. He is a member of the European Board of Ophthalmology and is interested in retinal, glaucomatous and tumor pathologies, as well as surgical techniques applied to the eyelids and cataract.
