He diagnoses, treats and monitors diseases of the eye and vision, offering a personalized approach tailored to the needs of each patient. Since November 2018, he has been practicing at the Simplon Medical Center in Renens. His practice covers general ophthalmology, screening and follow-up of eye diseases, as well as the management of vision disorders requiring specialized expertise. Dr Richoz completed his medical training at the University of Geneva, before continuing his postgraduate training at Geneva University Hospitals (HUG). He also completed his training in England, where he honed his skills in ophthalmic surgery. This experience enabled him to acquire solid clinical and surgical expertise in the field of ophthalmology. A former head of clinic at the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, a reference center for ophthalmology, he has been involved in the management of numerous complex ocular pathologies. In addition to his clinical work, he is heavily involved in scientific research. With an MD-PhD in ophthalmology, Dr. Richoz was awarded the Prix Arditi in 2016 for the best thesis at the University of Geneva.
