The Spiraldynamik® concept is my therapy strategy. It is the approach to understanding and changing physical movement patterns together with my clients and thus holistically expanding, regaining or maintaining their ability to act.
Clear directions of movement in body and mind enable people to overcome crises, activate resources and find inner satisfaction and health.
