Ms Paulina Szczesniak 

Paulina Szczesniak is a Resident Physician in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Frauenzentrum Bern of Lindenhofgruppe AG, where she has been working since August 2024. Her clinical experience focuses on women’s health and is complemented by experience in interdisciplinary emergency medicine.

Gynecology and obstetrics focus on women’s health throughout different stages of life. The specialty includes preventive gynecological examinations, contraception and family planning, the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the female reproductive system, as well as medical care before, during, and after pregnancy. Before joining the Frauenzentrum Bern, Paulina Szczesniak worked at Spitäler FMI in Frutigen from 2023 to 2024. During this period, she gained experience both as a resident physician in gynecology and obstetrics and in the hospital’s interdisciplinary emergency department. Her work in emergency medicine provided additional clinical experience in the initial assessment and management of patients presenting with a variety of acute medical conditions.

In 2023, she worked as a resident physician in gynecology and obstetrics at Spital Lachen, where she continued developing her clinical experience in the care of gynecological and obstetric patients.

Paulina Szczesniak studied human medicine at the University of Rostock in Germany from 2013 to 2022 and completed the German State Medical Examination in 2022. Her subsequent postgraduate training has focused primarily on gynecology and obstetrics.

Her professional background combines experience in gynecological and obstetric care with interdisciplinary emergency medicine, providing a broad clinical foundation for her ongoing postgraduate training at the Frauenzentrum Bern.
