My mission is to help everyone find their balance, to take care of their health and well-being through the power of food.

Nutridaily was born from my passion for cooking, but also from my desire – and my need – to bring nutritional balance to my family.

After the birth of my second daughter, I felt both the urge to take care of myself and my body, and the need to begin a new professional chapter. I decided to combine my love for cooking with training in the health field. Nutrition quickly became an obvious choice, and I pursued studies at the TCMA School in Geneva.

Today, I am convinced that we can turn our plates into true allies for both physical and mental health. And this, without giving up the pleasure of taste, which is essential to daily life and key to building lasting healthy habits.

My ambition is simple: to make cooking synonymous with pleasure, sharing, and conviviality at every moment.
