My philosophy of nutrition

Eating well should be simple.

Living without dieting should be a given.

Eating is about taking care of yourself — your body and your health — without being influenced by current trends.

It’s about learning to know and respect yourself.

Eating also means enjoying food, sharing precious moments with family or friends, without guilt, intrusive thoughts, or negative emotions.

I offer a compassionate, supportive approach to help you make sustainable changes to your eating habits.

How I work

• A free initial phone call (bookable online) to get to know each other and assess your needs
• Appointments either at my office in Versoix or by teleconsultation: I generally work through long-term follow-ups (6 to 12 months), but I adapt to each individual to offer the most relevant support — single-session work with children, shorter programs for experienced athletes, etc.
• Sessions last 45 minutes; their frequency is flexible and personalized

Fees:

As I am ASCA-certified, some health insurance providers may cover my consultations.

• Single session: 120 CHF/session
• One-year program (10 sessions): 900 CHF
• Six-month program (7 sessions): 680 CHF

My office is just a short walk from the Pont-Céard train station (CFF) and the Pont-Céard stop on bus line 50.

Visitor parking is available (spaces 19 to 24).

• 1996: Food Science Engineer (AgroSup Dijon, formerly ENSBANA)
• 2020: University Diploma in the Psychology and Pedagogy of Eating Behavior (Dijon)
• 2021: Accreditation of prior learning for the title of Dietitian (not currently recognized in Switzerland)
• 2022: ASCA certification
• 2023: Diploma in Micronutrition (Swiss Society of Micronutrition)
