Initially, I was only interested in nutrition. After two years of training in nutrition, anatomy and human physiology, I realized how deeply interconnected everything is in the way our bodies function.
Health must be approached as a whole: food, body and mind are inseparable.
So I decided to experiment on my own, with regularity and commitment. The results were impressive, almost hard to believe. I've regained my energy, improved my concentration, slept better and lost weight. But above all, I've freed myself from compulsive cravings and snacking.
Today, it's much more than just an approach: it's a real way of life, deeply rooted in my daily life. I don't feel frustrated or deprived (that would be impossible for me!). I can enjoy myself without guilt, without falling back into my old eating habits.
