My story

A few years ago, I personally experienced chronic fatigue, persistent digestive issues and unexplained discomfort. Changing how I ate helped me recover my energy, improve my sleep… and regain mental clarity. That turning point led me to study nutrition in depth and eventually create the GutUp Method.
