### Presentation of the healthcare professional
I am a Nutritional Therapist based in Geneva recognised by RME & ASCA.
My work focuses on metabolic health, sustainable lifestyle change, and nutritional support for people living with autoimmune, inflammatory or chronic conditions.
I do not work with rigid meal plans or restrictive diets. A consultation starts with the person: symptoms, medical background, blood test results when available, lifestyle, rhythm, family and professional reality, and the way food actually fits into daily life.
My approach combines nutritional therapy, micronutrition and patient education. I work on the key foundations that influence health over time: inflammation, oxidative stress, gut health, insulin regulation, immune balance, the gut-brain axis, stress physiology, micronutrient status, food behaviours and emotional patterns.
For clients living with autoimmune, inflammatory or chronic conditions, my work comes alongside medical care. The aim is not to replace treatment, but to strengthen the nutritional and lifestyle foundations that support long-term health and day-to-day quality of life.
I grew up in Morocco, where food is culture, pleasure, generosity and transmission. This still shapes the way I practise: nutrition that supports health should remain flavourful, personal, emotionally intelligent, connected to the body and to each person’s story.

J’accompagne des personnes qui souhaitent mieux comprendre leur corps, leur métabolisme et les liens entre alimentation, symptômes, énergie, digestion, inflammation, stress et équilibre de vie.
Mon travail s’adresse aussi aux personnes vivant avec des pathologies auto-immunes, inflammatoires ou chroniques, toujours en complément du suivi médical.
Je ne propose pas de plans alimentaires rigides. Mon approche part du terrain de chaque personne : histoire médicale, analyses lorsqu’elles sont disponibles, rythme de vie, contraintes professionnelles et familiales, habitudes alimentaires, rapport au corps et dimension émotionnelle de l’alimentation.
J’associe nutrition thérapeutique, micronutrition et éducation nutritionnelle pour construire une stratégie claire, progressive et profondément adaptée à la personne.
Ayant grandi au Maroc, je garde une vision très vivante de l’alimentation : elle n’est jamais seulement fonctionnelle. Elle est mémoire, plaisir, culture, transmission, lien au corps et à l’intime. C’est cette vision qui nourrit ma pratique aujourd’hui.
