Has eating become a stressful part of daily life?
These situations are common and can change with the right support.
I'm Julie, a pediatric nutritionist specializing in eating disorders in children in Geneva. I help parents whose child eats little or refuses certain foods to return to more serene mealtimes.
## Your child:
I help children aged 18 months to 7 years who:
- refuse vegetables or many foods
- always eat the same thing
- have a very limited diet
- have neophobia or food selectivity
- have difficulties with orality
## What's the difference?
The aim is not to force your child to eat, but to :
- understand his or her blockages
- help them progress at their own pace
- gradually broaden their diet
- to get back to more serene family meals.
## How does the first consultation work?
The first consultation is a time for in-depth discussion with parents to understand your child's difficulties.
Your child does not need to be present for this first session.
At the end of this assessment, you will leave with :
- the first concrete ideas adapted to your child
- advice that can be quickly applied at home
- simple, progressive objectives
The aim is to help you better understand the situation and move forward calmly, without pressure or guilt.
Don't hesitate to make an appointment if you recognize yourself in these situations.
## Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
