PD Dr. med. Antonella Palla

PD Dr. med. Antonella Palla is a specialist in neurology FMH. She specializes in traumatic brain injury, dizziness, balance disorders and headaches. She is head of the outpatient clinic for craniocerebral trauma and deputy head of the Center for Dizziness and Balance Disorders. Her main area of interest is the treatment of post-traumatic dizziness, balance disorders and headaches.

Ms. Palla completed her medical studies at the University of Zurich in 2000 and subsequently obtained her FMH specialist title in neurology in 2009. Ms. Palla holds the SGKN certificates in cerebrovascular diseases, electroencephalography and electroneuromyography as well as the SGSS pain specialist certificate. Ms. Palla was awarded the Venia Legendi for Neurology in 2011 with her habilitation "Pathophysiology of vestibular neuropathy". Ms. Palla has always been scientifically active, published in renowned journals and also acquired competitive third-party funding. She is on the board of the Swiss Headache Society and on the Medical Advisory Board of Migraineaction. Most recently, she worked at the Schulthess Klinik at the Swiss Concussion Center and in the Department of Neurology.
